Weird glow on characters/armors

Hi Guys,
I have this strange issue with ENB I'm working on, on certain weathers all NPCs and my character glow.
For certain weathers its orangish glow, for other it's bluish glow:

Facts:
It's happening only outside, interiors are not affected
All NPCs/Me are affected
It's happening only for certain weathers, time of the day doesn't matter, sometimes it's moring, day or evening.
I tried maaaany ENB options and couldn't find anything that would even change how it glows.
I'ts happening for some weathers I can modify and for some I cannot modify, but not all weathers are affected.
I'ts not magic effect but looks like one

Any ideas would be highly appreciated, I will check them all!

Hi. Never seen this problem. But there is an option in the enblocal.ini to turn off very similar effect (don't remember in le or se and how parameter is named). Something related to rim lighting maybe. It's not under control of enbseries, most likely you have it boosted by some mod.
