ENB not clickable

Hi!
I just updated enb from v0.471 to v0.492 and in single player GTA5 the menu is shows up but doesnt clickable, like i try to click settings and doesnt do anything.

I didnt change anything to code which can do that, so you should search issue elsewhere. Maybe some of software running or mods.

Have same issue with 0.454 enb for skyrim se. It's working and settings can be changed in enbseries.ini directly but not in in-game menu. I've tried update to latest 0.494 but got image that oversharpened and cold with same preset(using silent horisons for cathedral weathers). Located that issue somewhere in d3d11.dll. Old 0.454 not clickable but latest works fine but latest burns my eyes.

Some mod preventing it from work. All versions were fine about input and also visual glitches means some crapware is running on background (which also could be a reason of input problems) or preset is not properly installed, some files of it missing or left from previous preset.
