Skyrim SE ENB Complex Grass issue

Hi. I have a problem with Complex Grass when using CL and I'm hoping someone knows how to resolve it.

Vanilla grass works just fine with CG, but as soon as I install Cathedral Landscapes the grass looks quite horrible with it on. I have also tried installing CG compatible textures for CL, but it made no difference.

Can't help with this. But there is no bug in complex grass, rather of it tweaks in the enbseries.ini and textures are not compatible well. Just try randomly adjust settings under [COMPLEXGRASS] category.

I've tried adjusting all the settings under Complex Grass, but I'm afraid it didn't help. I'm guessing it's something in my mods that's conflicting somehow, but Cathedral Landscapes uses it's own meshes and textures for grass so it's really making me wonder where the problem lies...

From the colors, looks like ambient applied too much. If game have separate control of how much ambient color grass uses, then probably some mod tweaking that value. If you try reduce ambient in the [environment] category, that could tell am i right about this idea or wrong.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I tried absolutely everything I can think of including that and couldn't get it to look right.

I decided to move on to another grass mod, namely Verdant Grass and it works straight out-of-the-box with Complex Grass.
